• Contrary to the previous review, I found BiFold Door Factory quite good to deal with. Customer services were to a satisfactory level throughout. I would deal with them again, and must say - my Bifolds look fantastic.

• After my initial comment Bifold door factory have now hired extra personnel to manage their customer support and have improved their response time. My continued dialogue with them has improved 100% and they sorted out my small snag immediately. I wish to,withdraw my previous comment and wish to say that I have had a good experience with them and would recommend them to anyone.
