• We have just returned from my daughters 1st ever haircut - wish I had picked somewhere other than here!!! With the exception of Stacy who cut her hair the rest of the staff were rude - especially the receptionist. In fairness they had a flood but when the workmen are the ones who greet you in a friendly manner and the receptionist treats you as an inconvenience, getting your daughters name wrong, then telling you to take a seat (but where in the middle of the clear up?) - we sat there for another 15 mins whilst watching one hairdresser ignore us but do her own hair before pointing out that we were being ignored and it's not easy to occupy a 16 month old.....if I wasnt desperate for my little one to have a haircut I would have walked out. What should have been a special occasion was ruined by a lack of customer service and I won't be returning and will advise others not to - possibly the worst customer service I have ever seen in a hairdressers (obviously flood was partly to blame but handled poorly) thankfully the lady that cut her hair and the actual haircut were good
