• This is the most welcoming place in Ipswich love the land lady Debbie, she does so much for the local community, I'm not a Celtic fan but have been welcomed in anyway, don't believe everything you read people try it you will be presently surprised

• Stay well away if your a Celtic fan,the owner is a Rangers fan and full of idiot locals who seem to think they can bully the likes of me for wearing a CFC top.aggresive isn't the word and these people did'nt care that there were young children about.One man even asked me to go round the back so him and his mates could "fill me in" his words not mine.If you walk in the front there are no tail tail signs of it being a pub that hates certain people!!!!!!! I'm more surprised that a pub can afford to have this attitude as the trade is dying a death......this is Ipswich not Glasgow keep your Religous beliefs up there!!!!! On the good side the barmaids are 1st class and some of the regulars who have no care of colours were disgusted with these mindless THUGS

• Great venue for a well organised, popular & friendly game of poker. Landlady Debbie is the hostess with the mostest.

• This is the best pub in ipswich they is so much going on all week please ring it to find what is on it's a great place to go for a drink

• The worst place in Suffolk. No need to say anything else. Just a few tips though; Don't go in if: You have children You want food Your a Celtic Fan Your not from England!!! You are a stranger.
