• Submitted an order on 30 March and still no bedding. Their phone is always on answer machine and they never get back to you plus they don't reply to emails. Appalling service. Avoid.

• don't order anything from them i am still waiting for my order they I have had one mail to tell they where out of stock but will get them in 10 days still waiting 3 weeks later have called and mailed nothing they don't bother to call you back did get one mail after i said i would report them to the police for takeing money from customers and not comeing up with the goods Mark said will get them on Wednesday that was last week so if you are thinking of buying anything from them don't

• I am not one to come online and write a review, especially something negative. But this company has annoyed me so much! It took a month for my items to be delivered with no contact just one email to say it was out of stock and I would be receiving it in 3-5 working days, it took another 3 weeks to come! No one answered any of my emails or telephone calls. When my items came one was missing and I have sent many emails and have called loads but no one ever replies! God help you if you needed a refund because I think it would be impossible. This is definitely the worse service I have ever received and I purchase things online all the time! Do yourself a favor and don't bother ordering from here the hassle is not worth it! I didn't even want to give it one star out of 5!

• Worst online company I have dealt with and I purchase ALOT online.First order was not sent and I had to wait a month to find out was out of stock and to get a refund.Then I got told they were instock so i reordered and now 2 weeks later I still have not got them.No response to emails when I asked for proof of purchase.They may be cheaper but I wished I had paid extra to avoid all this hassle.I would not recommend to anyone.

• After spending countless hours online looking for a particular bed, I came across Beds And Textiles. The site had the bed I was looking for at an unbeatable price and they also offered free next day delivery. I actually couldn't believe my luck and had to call the company to make sure that this was true. I received excellent and warm customer service and was absolutely delighted with my purchase. True to form, the bed arrived promptly the following day, and I am now sleeping on a wonderful bed in practically no time at all. I proceeded to forward the site to my friends who were looking for furniture as I think everyone deserves the service that I got from Beds and Textiles. So I would like to say a big thank you.

• Thank you so much for the excellent contact, information and general help. I live in a block of flats and most companies would only deliver to the front door on the ground floor, which isn't much help when you live on your own. You delivered to MY front door (at no extra cost), which was such a relief. The bed and mattress were an excellent price and I was given good advice about which mattress to choose. I will definately recommend this company to any of my friends looking to buy a new bed. Many thanks.

• What a wonderful company. I ordered the bed and mattresses I wanted and they came on the day and time I wanted. What could be better? The service was second to none and cheerful and efficient too. Well done!!! I will be recommending you to all my friends. Also you have a very attractive and user friendly web site. PS The bed and mattresses are exceedingly comfortable.
