• By far, the worst service I have ever experienced! There is a different person there everytime you call and they never return calls. I had to travel over an hour to visit them at my own expense and even after 5 visits, they still hadn't rectified the problem. I had to resort to the finance company mediating on my behalf and when they I got to the bottom of everything, they were using parts from old vehicles rather than buying new parts as they told me they were doing! The owner even turned up with 4 of his 'friends' when I went to collect the car for the last time, trying to intimidate me. This is one business I expect to see on 'The Sheriffs are coming' in the not too distant future. They really are beyond a joke.

• The car I bought was exactly as described, The one major fault was repaired at the owners expense & since having it back in France have had a Land Rover garage look it over. The verdict was; a good buy. I found the guys to be helpful & straightforward & would buy from them again, anytime. I even recieved a follow up 'phone call to say that as I had forgotten some important paperwork they would post it to me at their own expense. They did & it arrived this morning, 4 days after the call. Can't fault any aspect of my transaction. I would happily deal with them again.

• Been to about 10 car dealers in the last 4 weeks.some have been unproffesional and some cars have been misdescribed.travelled over 200 miles to bedford car centre staff ate so polite, helpfull and the car as described and in showroom condition.so pleased with my purchase.Thanks guys.Highly recommended.

• Buying a car from this people has been just about the worst experience of my life. A year to do some repairs very badly. I had to write many times but they thought the 1976 trade description act doesn't apply to them. When I did get a loan car but had a accident they denied insured resulting in defending criminal and driving offences. They owe me over a thousand pounds in hire car costs which they refuse to pay. On the face of it what seem to nice people are liars, ignorant of the law. DO NOT PUT YOURSELVES THROUGH THE RISK!!!

• Just making an enquiry last week: When someone eventually answers the phone, they had the personality of a depressd undertaker. Absolutley no interest in doing business. No thanks.

• With buying a second hand car you are bound to find imperfections whereby your dealer is more than likely to say "bought as seen". This phrase seems to be non existent with Bedford Car Centre, any problem you are faced with, they will solve. Never have I seen such good customer service from a car dealer, they really as second to none.

• I bought my first car from this place not so long ago. As this was the first car i was purchasing, the experience was daunting. However, i must say that the service i received was second to none, the team were friendly and helpful and catered for my needs. Most important of all the car was in immaculate condition. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a new car.

• Hi I brought a Audi RS4 for £30 000 the service was better than a main dealer the staff were professional the cars seemed good quality I would recommend to a friend and return my self when I need a car.

• I purchsed a Bentley of this company. They did not show any customer service skills at all. They had not even cleaned the car for when I cam to collect it. I had to sit and wait as they rushed around like fools. Then they bumpped it in the fourcourt. The car had to keep going back for a number of warning lights that came on and a it was always me having to call them, think they hide from the phone.

• Do not touch these with a barge pole, had a problem after purchasing car and have never dealt with such a rude and arrogant manager. As per previous review - stay well away!!

• My son purchased a car which they sold to him with a private plate, they assured us that they would be sorting out the paperwork to revert back to the original plate and that it would be legal for us to drive around on the private plate until such time. After many phone calls from my son and myself over the following three weeks, this had still not been sorted out. It was only by chance that we discovered that the private plate had been issued to another car which the previous owner had now bought. After more telephone conversations they assured us they would sort it out but this was never done. My last resort was to find the telephone number of the previous owner and arrange for new documents myself. The attitude that i received down the phone from the manager was disgusting. Stay away from these guys, you could be driving around with an illegal plate!!!

• Having read the first review I felt I must redress the balance. I brought my last car from here I found the service first rate and the after care the same I will have no problem returning to purchase from them in the future

• I wouldn't buy a pram from these cowboys! I've only given it a 1star rating because I tried to post before and wouldn't let me give NO STARS! Stay well away from these guys.
