• Its the first time I needed help from solicitors and based on the decent online reviews I called Bartletts Solicitors . They were very friendly and helpful at the beginning. My case was dealt by Ms Alison Ennett who reviewed all my relevant papers and evidences, had my debit card for ID check and then we went through a formal written agreement. During that time, my calls and emails were answered within a short time and I thought I landed in the right place. However, after signing the agreement I have not heard from them the next 1 month and I was not given any clue or any details whether they have placed the claim, if so, how much, when its going to be over etc. My numerous emails and calls were going to the deaf ears and finally, after 2 months after the agreement, out of the blue I received an email, not from Ms Ennett, but from her colleague Ms Natalie Allcock that they are dropping the case !! I was not given any explanation about this sudden change of mind even after calling and mailing them several times. They have wasted good 2 months of my time and God knows, what dirty game and secret they played behind the curtain. Certainly a terrible experience for me and I would think several times before I contact any solicitor agency again by believing those "good reviews" .
