• Excellent staff who are helpful and cheerful. Everyone in the branch gave me tremendous help and advice when my husband died . As I have mobility problems this branch is a necessity for people like myself. It is so nice in this technology age to have the personal touch. If this branch was closed by the top brass in Barclays who are always out of touch with what the everyday person needs I would move my premier account elsewhere. I did this with a n account I had with the Halifax when they closed their small branch. I hope the management remember that they are there to give service to their elderly customers and not just the younger ones who wish to do everything on line. This is an excellent branch and the public face of the bank.

• Brilliant helpful staff , nothing is to much trouble easy to get into being disabled the ramp is great , all in all cant fault it ,
