• Rude staff member at Barclays. She is the young one with dark hair.

• The services are ok, but there is this young woman staff member there who I find quite rude. I found her insecure.I asked her to quote my name as a reference on the payment,and she showed me the sheet I gave her with my name on, she was waving the sheet at me as if I was an idiot, saying my name is already on there. She is the one who approaches customers in the que and she sometimes sits at the desk by the front entrance. Also,at one time when I asked her to deposit money into someones account, she complained about the sheet being dirty, which it wasn't. Well, if she is like that with other customers then she is the one with the problem. God,every workplace has an idiot. Next time when I go in that bank, I'll try to avoid her.
