• I have been trying to open a Society Bank account for nearly 7 months now. We needed to submit some documents in addition and we were left with only one voice mail that got deleted and we never got the message. After an inquiry I made myself, I found out about the required documents, which I submitted 5 times and they never got to your HQ. I started getting calls every week "reminding" me I had to submit the documents. For over 6 months there was no communication at all and only after a phone call, during which I asked about the proper channels for launching a complaint, I started getting the aforementioned weekly calls. Last time I submitted it was last Tuesday and on Friday the same week I got 2 calls "reminding" me that i still had to submit the documents. I do not have any words to begin explaining how incompetent in my view your bank in general is.

• They have a very poor service. My daughter have been having problems with her account and still not resolved since the summer. The manager was supposed to call me today but still hasn't called. It's now nearly 5pm.
