• Been waiting on a delivery now 5 days. Was promised it would be here at 10:30 this morning for a party and still nothing. Rude on the phone and so unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

• TERRIBLE! I can't even begin to explain how unprofessional and rude this company is. I ordered with them for a business event of mine and for 10 days i have been chasing them up for news on my order. They ignore emails, yet insist you must sort your order this way. They are rude and patronising on the phone and its clear they resent you ringing them. 10 days on they are still not confirming my order has even gone through let alone ready for delivery, as i was promised it would be. I have now had to order with another company and ended up paying more due to needing express delivery at this point. I can't put across enough how AWFUL this company is.... and i really am not one to complain usually.

• I have used this company for years, for both personal and company use. They have never failed to deliver on anything and I have always found them attentive, enthusiastic and willing to help! Just wish they were based in Cardiff, they seem so far away!

• Avoid using this Company if you want quality & customer service. They didn't deliver on anything. The delivery arrived on the event day, but was promised the week before, the quality of the balloons was terrible and they never called you with an update or ever returned my calls. After calling themseveral times, they aggreed to a 20% discount, due to the very bad service, but of course, this never appeared in my acccount. I emailed tehm to ask when this was going to happen, but got no response - As a Charity we can't really be wasting money on poor quality goods, but they didn't seem to care about that either. Use at your own risk.

• went to the christms shop it is brilliant they have got some fantastic christmas ideas and decorations cant wait to take my mam up there.
