• Most of their online and FB reviews must be fake. No company has good reviews only! I had a terrible experience (at their Birmingham salon) from the receptionist deceiving me that my stylist was a member of the senior art team (which she wasn't) to the awful haircut she gave me, all in a rush, no prior consultation. She even said I couldn't have a look at magazines because the appointments are 45 minutes long and she was in a hurry! It will take me 20 months to grow my hair back to where it was before I walked in Bad (Hair) Apple. No refund, just patronising, sarcastic comments from the salon owner! Not a nice place for first time customers! Avoid if you can!
