• DO NOT USE - rude and late drivers, not a reliable service for quick transfer Firstly the driver never contacted me, I had to ring their office which wasn't good enough, I had expected a call whilst in baggage reclaim. Once the driver did ring (at 8.24, 10 minutes after my call) he said he would be 5-10 minutes which was untrue. It took till 8.45 for us to be collected. Our plane was due in at 8, arrived early and we were waiting from 8.06 to be collected. I had expected contact with the driver not long after landing for him to check the status and pick us up as soon as we were ready if it was slightly early. Either way the pick up time was past our estimated time of 8.30. He then went to the garage to get petrol, a driver should ensure their cars have a full tank of petrol before starting their first job in the morning to avoid inconveniencing the customer. However he put diesel in the car instead of petrol and the car broke down not far much to my extreme horror. He then stayed in a lane on the motorway where cars kept swerving almost hitting us because they were trying to use the lane. I have never driven on a motorway and even I know to roll the car to a safe area. This is a professional driver who should know better. When transferring passengers between airports there is a time critical aspect to the transfer. We had a flight to catch which is why we had booked a taxi so it would be much faster. We would have been far quicker via the national express. By the time we got to Heathrow our flight was already boarding, luckily we had been able to check in online prior and only had to bag drop This company will put you at major risk of missing your flight!!!! Not good enough
