• One of their plumbers visited several weeks ago to price my boiler installation to which I agreed but was told I had to wait 3 weeks for the installation, another plumber turned up who now says it's a bigger job and will cost more and now can't be done today ! (But they inspected the job first and quoted on what needed doing) after complaining about the time wasted, I was told by a rude woman that I had a problem for complaining about their service! My advice is go elsewhere for a more reliable service.
