Been for Sunday carvery. Beautiful meal. Can recommend trying this pub.Went to axe and square fathers day 2014. If you like good old fashioned home cooked English grub this is definitely the place for you.it could not be faulted. Only 'down' was the brusque Ill mannered scruffy barman who really does not belong in any 'front of house occupation'. Apart from him I would highly recommend this placegreat pub on sat nightRating history and distribution
