• TENANTS BEWARE. Aston Mead are an appalling organisation who view tenants with zero respect and actively attempt to skirt as close as possible to the absolute minimum protections afforded to tenants by the law. Unfortunately, they do not understand this line and thus cross it regularly. If you through Aston Mead, please expect the following: 1. To be palmed off to their 3rd party referencing agency, with no assistance from Aston Mead and an attitude of "it's not our problem, but do pay us for doing nothing" 2. To be submitted to excessively regular inspection visits (even after years of tenancy), the purpose of which is to: a) Harass tenants with ridiculous requests (such as that you move clothes off the floor) b) Enter the property, illegally, without your knowledge or consent This organisation should be prosecuted for their illegal actions and avoided like the plague by all tenants.
