• If you are looking for quality and good customer services - you will not get it here!!!!!! Fitters threw their spray cans in a bushes outside the house, plus their van leaked oil on my drive. When I complaint to the AST (and brought the cans as a proof) I was promissed that they will look into it. After chasing them for updates was told that they have spoken to fitters and don't think it's their car that left the stain (bear in mind that stain appeared after AST van was parked and no other cars ever parked there before or after).

• Very poor customer service, our carpet has Pile Reversal shading and premature aging (both confirmed by their own staff) but have ignored our legal right to refund under the Sale of Goods Act. Only offered a replacement whereby we pay them more money. Will be taking this further with Trading Standards/Small claims. We've used them before and all smiles until this complaint arose. Would not recommend and would not use again.
