• Best chip shop I've been to in years. Very friendly and helpful. Portion size is generous and the fish is succulent and the batter is crisp. i. would definitely recommend it and they have long opening hours. It's very popular so be patient.

• So disappointed with our fish suppers on the 10th Sept, we have experienced this a few times where the batter is not cooked through. Had we eaten at the Great Western Rd shop we would have sent them back. Looks like it depends on who is frying,less talking would help as well - amongst the staff.

• Poor service, called about 10 times and the phone was not answered, been there before and the food is not the best, staff have a glazed look and are slow, last time I'm going there, overall a pretty bad chipper

• Clearly there is a "fault" with the phone as it goes unanswered! The so called manageress has absolutely no clue how to greet her customers with a friendly smile! However the food I ordered was enjoyable, just a shame about not being able to phone for a home delivery as advertised or entering a cheerful establishment with cheerful staff!

• Well - I suppose one would die of starvation before they actually pick up the telephone but that would be too close to good service wouldn't it... WHEN you get them to pick up the phone or NOT out the phone down on you the food is ok.

• Food is not an amazing quality, bit over priced com paired to some chip shops in Aberdeen. Difficult location to actually get parked near it when its busy. Honest opinion? There are better cheaper places to go

• 40 min wait for chips, burnt king rib, uncooked fish, terrible attitude and service. Made it quite clear they don't need my custom and I will be going to jumbos in Culter from now on.

• Don't bank on home delivery on a Saturday night called numerous times and phone was picked up then hung up immediately. Why advertise home delivery when not available!
