• Beware!! The Checkout Manager (Lee) of this Store is particularly appalling and void of customer service skill. This Store is attempting to ensure baskets are not placed at the front entrance in a deliberate ploy to get people to use trolleys. Clearly the only concern above all else is profit, which they are putting before good customer service. Clearly this Store wrongly thinks that people will spend more by using a trolley when customers will spend less by carry just a few items. Customers don�t always want a trolley in between big shops, yet are being forced to when they intend not to provide the proper alternative. The Company Head Office isn�t concerned with customer service either, as they intend not to ensure their management provide the service they are supposed to subscribe to.
