• just not the same recently. i am a social carer used to bring my client in every day for coffee but go elsewhere now. tables always full of dirty dishes not cleared and not customer service like it used to be stern faces from the staff like they dont enjoy there work. used to be great customer service. the manageress looks stressed and so do all the staff. new faces behind counter constantly. just not the same. sorry.

• what on earth is going on in your cafe (grangemouth). it used to be a pleasant place to have a coffee. all the nice staff have left. now a manager who hangs over the counter with a white hat and a hangover growlin at customers telling folk she feels ill and hungover. great customer service for a manager. burnt chips and burnt breakfast. i noticed all the usual friendly staff have left but the 'so called manager is still there' i wonder why...don't you. they were all brilliant girls but bully comes to mind.
