• 1115am Sunday 5th June hot food counter up and running. Cumberland sausage, pigs in blankets, chicken, all ready in time for lunch. Well done Asda.

• I shop in Asda Eastgate weekly on Sundays usually from 1100am to around noon.I always check the hot food take away at the Deli counter for a Cumberland sausage etc for my lunch. There are never any ready ? I would have thought the prep timing would be for lunch ? The counter girl says 15 mins ? After 15 mins it's another 15 mins ? Why doesn't she start earlier and have the food ready ?? I always leave empty handed.

• What an absolute disgrace half my shopping missing, quarter spoiled and out of date when I'm feeding children this food! £15 phone calls later over 24 hours no shopping still and have to accept a refund. Contacting trading standards, escalating a compliant everywhere when I don't even get one call back at all. Thieving scumbags who steals £47 of some one else's groceries paid for by my hard earned cash! Disgraceful and I will never use asda ever again.
