• visited this store for second time,i usually shop at the rotherham or sheffield store and i can say that overeall the staff especially on checkouts and customer services were poor in comparison to other stores,i love shopping at asda im there biggest fan but the staff i asked for assistance looked as though it was a big effort to help me,the customer service was the worst,the lady was tutting and blowing never gave me an answer to my question on the whole she looked like she didnt want to be there,we all have bad days i know that but to compare the staff there to the other stores i would say 3 out of 10 the way i would score and i always sing asdas praises and would give 10 out of 10 ,i can only assume they have different training or staff morral is very low for some reason.all i all the shop was great as always but staff need to cheer up and be a bit more helpfull.
