• Paid a lot of money for a colour I could have done at home. Would never ever recommend this company at all. No willingness to correct.

• I went to perm my hair. There is one allocated person who perms hair. I believe she did a really bad job. When she washed my hair she discoloured my top and they appeared hesitant to give me the money back for it (still have not given the money). The manager avoided my calls until and she said she will get the manager to call me- Richard Micalief but he has not called to resolve the matter. After the perm, she blow dried my hair straight when I asked her not to. She cut my hair unequally. I went back for them to correct it. They permed my hair again. However, it still appears to be a bad job as my hair is not curly. It is frizzy and they wet the top half of my top again. I went home wearing a wet top (second time they damaged my top). I paid £100 and I believe my hair do was worth £00. The manager appears to be clueless about hair dos and how to provide directions to her colleagues. Do not waste your money at Artwork Salon. You can get a better hair do for £100 at Nicky Clarks.
