• Messaged AquaMac on a Friday to enquire about a toilet replacement. Ryan initially communicated well and agreed a day the following week. Ryan said he would give an approx time the day before or morning of install day when asked. The install day arrived and no message, I then messaged at to ask when he would be with us. Message ignored and nothing since. Takes nothing to have some manners and keep customers informed. Would not recommend. I also note some responses he makes to negative reviews as malicious ones from competitors, I do not know if they are or not, however, this is not one of those
