• I have had to take Anya Bridal Couture to Trading Standards after they sold me a £1700 dress which was faulty, refused to investigate my complaint and shirked all their legal responsibilities under the Consumer Act. They ignored my emails, lied about conversations with the manufacturer and offered no understanding about how distressing the situation was for me. Avoid at all costs
