• Beware of this agency! We did not expect that we will be treated this way by the agency we were using for over 3 years... We decided to move out from their property at the begging of February, and our contract was ending on 28th. We left earlier on 13th, and on 15th Feb we handed over keys to one of the employees. We didn’t receive any confirmation which we should... All our bills were paid till 13th. Imagine our surprise when we received a bill for the electricity usage from 16th till 28th Feb. We have a bill saying that between 13th and 16th there is no charges as we switched everything off, and then magic happens! There is almost £4.00 charge per day! Just right after we returned keys... When we contacted them to resolve this issue, as it is obvious they were using this energy, and we were informed that we returned the keys on 26th! However, we were not informed about any viewings happening in this flat since 15th, as they were perfectly aware that we do not live there anymore and they have keys! We are now being charged almost £50.00 for the electricity we didn’t use, and there is no help from their side. They are trying to make fools of us and they keep saying the same lies. We do not want to deal with this agency ever again!! Hopefully, someone will get these £50.00 extra on their Christmas bonus for the worst customer service ever!!!
