• On Thursday 20th July i used this taxi service as the other taxi services did not have a disabled taxi out, i needed a taxi to get myself, my disabled mother, and our yourkshere terrier to the vets. there was very light traffic and no problem till at the vets were the driver said THAT'S £7.40 - which is very expensive usually its £4.60, so i told the driver this and he said " its whats on the meter" so we decided to call the office up 01493 855 855 - and the person said its whatever is on the meter, so with the driver in his cab i can only presume he tipped off the office. after resulting to pay him and telling him we will never use this taxi service again he had the cheek to say well you won't be allowed to because i have just back booked you - as if it was our foult
