  • 1 star reviewI would recommend Andrew Cooper painters under a small works contract only. Our experience of Andrew Cooper Painters and decorators was that time, cost and quality was wildly inconsistent with what Andrew Coopers Painters had agreed. I would go as far to say that I would not trust Andrew in a home without constant observation and monitoring. Excuses to leave the work and attend multiple emergencies ( pricing or attending other works) left us with chaos and wishing we had gone elsewhere.
