• Having come here for 4 years, I now appreciate what the other reviewers say. The lady with the long dark hair, with a euro accent is a rude bully, shouting at me in front of other customers. I called up and made an appointment on Friday for the following day I thought I'd spoken to a female, which they pounced on and said ONLY a man answers the phone. I wanted infills, and despite my correct, very unusal name written in the book, she and the man said as it says "full set" next to the name - I was lying and must have booked at Cowley. I asked how they had my name in the book, to be told I'm not the only person with this name, and I should be grateful as they don't have to do them. My namesake did not walk in! Rather than apologise when I showed the call on my phone she attacked. She should not work in customer facing roles, and is a terrible example for the salon. I also now know he answers the phone in a highly pitched tone, which is why I thought it was a woman.
