• Terrible agency to deal with. I phoned up numerous times trying to register and was always told the same thing. Give us your number and we'll call you back..That callback never came.. I'm still waiting months later. Absolute joke of a company. Steer clear.

• Dear Sir/madam I sent this on the 9th nov 2011 but got no reply when like a reply as i,m still not happy. I would like to complain about the service when i came in today to register. I was told to come in at 10am on the 9th Nov which i did i informed Nathan that i had to be seen and out by 12.00 as i had an interview at 12.30 on the other side of birmingham which would take a good 1hr to get there. I was still waiting at 11.30. when i complained to the girl on the desk she told me there 2 people in front of me and put my paperwork at back of the pile, 4 people later I still hadn,t been seen till I stormed out saying 2 people in front of me my ass then i got seen by which time it was too late as i had to go to the other interview. I expect to be seen at the time I was given as i had to squeeze you in as i was very busy this week.. please sort this out as i am not very happy. yours angrily Dominic ring
