• I am a regular user and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, even when they are quite obviously extremely busy. However the queueing system is unclear. As a retired person I don't mind that too much but if I was in a hurry I might find it very frustrating.

• Rude and ignorant staff. No clear queueing system, so people push in front all the time. Consistently get requests wrong, even pre-paid and pre-printed labels!

• Rude unhelpful staff always gossiping and moaning. Never want to serve you. I only use it out of convenience of location but it's the worst post office I've ever used
