• Rubbish company who use fake parts, but charge genuine prices. Fake Dyson parts damaged my machine, such that I had to get a genuine Dyson engineer to come and fix it. As soon as he saw the parts used he said, "Cheap Chinese rubbish. How do these people keep getting away with it". Save yourself money. Give All Vac the body swerve and get a proper Dyson engineer to service your machine. It will be cheaper in the long run !
