• There are 2 places for Fish & Chips in Holt but Alberts is the Local Choice for those who live nearby or those regular holiday makers 'in the know'. Mostly they cook to order which ensures everything is just so lovely and delicious. If you need to eat on the run then it's a good idea to give them a phone order because they are just so popular (of course, well they are the best!). Lisa, Andy and the team are so welcoming and take such care with your food and you, whether you are eating in or taking away, which makes all the difference! I can't recommend them highly enough! We love Alberts - They do fantastic burgers too and we have tried pretty much everything on the menu and some that aren't! We never used to eat fish until Alberts! I don't know what NSmith is talking about?

• I like this Fish & chip shop very much! It is not the nicest job cooking with lots of piping hot fat and they have to concentrate otherwise accidents happen and so they tend to look serious, but are really friendly when they get a chance; which isn't often as they are really busy most of the time! They are wonderfully helpful and are very happy to do things for you that are out of the ordinary. I am a regular there! Tip for the day: do not trust a review where there are glaring grammatical, spelling and/or puntuation errors!

• customer service is rubbish, makes you feel like they are doing you a favor by serving you, the guy frying when we calledwas miserable and unhelpful wont go here again.
