• Don't venture in after 9pm as you get dirty looks for coming in so late even though most others are open till 12. Going in after 9 means you have to make do with what's left as they're in the middle off cleaning up & don't want to cook anything fresh so most of the stuff is cold since its probably been lying for hours & dried out. As for hygiene it appears staff with long hair don't have it tied back and dangles over fryers and your food, especially owners daughter. Definitely wont be back, it's went totally downhill.

• i have been going to your chip shop since you oppened and have been very impressed by the quality of food and staff however last week the fish and chips served up for my wife and i were very dissapointing soft batter on the fish which was uncooked dirty potatoes and luke warm only ,no tartare sauce in a fish and chip shop ? from being the best in the area by a country mile to being as bad as the rest. SORRY but believe it or not i will be back this must have been a bad day it just seems complaincy has set in . CHEERS
