• Hired Eric to tile my kitchen and hallway in my new build home. Was given a quote which I thought was reasonable. However on the final day of work was told that it would cost me another £85 as it was a bigger job than expected although he had measured the floor previous to starting the job. After paying him at the end of the job it was noticed that there were tiles clearly sticking up in my hallway and kitchen to which Eric promised he would return the following week. The day before he was due to come back I received a txt off Eric stating he could not come due to a family emergency. I was understanding and waited for him to contact me back, however 6 weeks later I had to contact him. We arranged for him to come that weekend and yet again the night before I received a txt saying he was ill. It's mow been 3 months since he left my tiles in that condition and I have tried to contact him on numerous occasions with no answer or reply and now his mobile just goes through to voice mail. I am very disappointed and upset with this service.
