• The flowers we bought from here died within a day when she said they would last several weeks! The owner (Tina) is incredibly rude when we went in to warn her of perhaps a bad supplier and were not asking for a refund she shouted and swore! Not impressed!

• Staff are just quite rude. I have bought flowers from here often and they have always been rather expensive and poor. Today though, I attempted to apply for a job there and I was handled very rudely. So rudely infact I refused to go any further with my application as I didn't want to be part of such a rude organisation. I would not recommend.

• I took a picture of a wedding cake decorated with small open ivory roses, and asked that they provide roses for that purpose. The order was placed several weeks in advance. On collection the day before the wedding the roses were tightly closed buds. 24 hours later when required they had not opened at all. Replacement roses had to be hastely obtained elsewhere. Two days after the wedding the roses having been kept in water were still not open. I returned them back to Adams and was told "the buds were a bit tight when collected"; that they would "come out lovely like theirs in the shop" if I cut them and put them in water; and that "they (Adams) had no control over nature"!! All remarks I did not need to hear after the event, neither was the sarcastic "have a nice day". I would not recommend this shop to anyone who is wanting something for a special occasion.
