• SUSAN the worst customer service EVER awful.....DO NOT The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Susan in the 'customer care ' team is a complete joke and so unbelievably rude shouting and cutting in whilst I was talking, the lack of information and sheer lack of common sense is laughable. Phoning the customer before you try to pick it up might help locate where to pick it up from-.-l work 9-5 so why go to my previous house where the car was never going to be, the car was even dropped of at my work place!!! common sense simple common sense.....they even tried to report the courtesy car Stolen because they didn't know where to pick it from absolute joke.... Just rang up again to confirm car was actually being picked before work closes only to be spoken by a new person and she was so rude as well. Wow unbelievable bad poor service. How this business is running still after all the other bad reviews is baffling. Useless human beings!!!
