• Had work done a year ago. Had to have loads fixed and pay out of my own pocket. Been told today that the3rd leak I've had is from the tiles that have come loose behind the shower because the incorrect adhesive has been used. Also need to have my floor relayed. Furious.

• Terrible job. Should be avoided at all costs. I had loads of work redone at cost to me and they would not fix shoddy work.
