• Its a lovely shop and well presented sadly the staff are lacking any knowledge of sport. I wanted to buy my grandson some equipment and they did no have a clue. Dave.

• Last winter, my mother and I went to A3 sports to exchange a school jumper and p.e trousers for a smaller size. At first, a young boy came and served us and he was perfectly polite and helpful. However, when the shop didn't have the right size clothing to fit me, the lady who was in charge of the shop started acting all superior and told us that we weren�t allowed a refund on the items. When my mother explained that when she bought the item at the shop, a few days before, the shop owner had told her that they would definitely refund the item if it didn't fit, the lady screamed at us. I had never been treated so badly in a shop my whole life! The lady accused me of being the size that I am (year 9, average/ petite size) and said that it�s not their fault that I am that size. She also said that we should have come to the shop at an earlier time (3 o clock) (although school is on at this time) and I should have tried on the clothing then. I would definitely not recommend the shop at all. I also know of other experiences when my friends parents have been to the shop with a faulty item, the lady chased one of the parents around Liphook, and threatened them never to come back to the shop again.I personally am never going to A3 sports again, neither my friends who have been to the shop. Please do not go to the shop as you will probably end up falling into the same trap and loosing money because of it.
