• Having arranged for Tony to carry out work on a day rate and after showing him around and what was required, to which he said it was all fine, he proceeded to tell my wife that he needed to pop out to buy something. She said she was also having to go out so asked if he wanted the door left unlocked, to which he said yes. He then never returned and ignored all attempts at contacting him. Initially we thought something may have happened, only to realise that he had just decided that he couldn't be bothered to do the work and ignored all attempts at contacting him. This 'man' is a waste of time!
