• Ordered bedroom furniture on 28th June 2013 which was delivered on 2nd August 2013. Had to have someone out to fit internal hanging rail properly. got supplied with bottom plinth for a 3 door robe when had received a 2 door robe. have been trying to get missing part sine 3rd August 2013. Latest promise date is 9th SEPTEMBER 2013 as they claim it had to be specially made!! Stag at Gloucester ok but those at head office dealing with claim are inflexible jobs worth and will NOT courier the part to us. They say they only use their own transport.

• Would never use this shop again (nor would my family & friends)!!! Felt conned with the service and the quality of a large oder of furniture placed with this store!!!
