• I travelled daily from Storrington to Havant and then home again for 20 work days. My driver, Istvan Lupo, was on time or early every single time. He was calm, competent, and utterly professional over a long route, with many kinds of driving, and in all sorts of weather. It completely removed worries over arriving on schedule or battling with traffic. I am an extremely happy customer.

• they should teach their foreign drivers british motoring law . One of them caused me to collide with a lorry after he stopped dead at a roundabout after hearing a police siren - proper procedure on the continent but not here. I managed to miss him and he just cleared off

• Started off ok but now they think they are something special and charge different every time for the same journey. Rude telephone staff and the cars smell like ashtrays

• This company is a joke, the staff that the owner has employed both drivers and operators should not be working in a customer service environment. Extremely stubborn rude and obnoxious, the phone was put down on me 3 times, and didn't like it when they knew we were in the right and refused to send a taxi when we had booked over a week in advance!!! Serious issues with a relatively new company!
