• Find them great, came fast after we waited 45 minutes for another taxi from another company. Lovely girl answer the phone. Ride home was nice and smooth, driver even help with shopping.

• I left my phone in one of there taxis, when I rang there office Warwick Road acocks green they said they could not contact the driver as he was self employed and it was not there problem, so I rang the council and within 5 mins they handed over the drivers details.........so they lied!! The council spoke to the driver and to be expected no phone in his car! The treatment we received of this company goes against Hackney law ! Do not use this company if you value your goods. In there eyes its finders keepers!

• Terrible service. It was a pre booked taxi for 8.25 to drop kids to school. After 4 calls 2 depot was informed by operators that taxi will b wid me in 2-3 mins. At 8.45 driver rang to cum out but wen we went out there is no taxi waiting. 8.47 I I rang depot and they say taxi has been waiting for 10 mins and has gone and will send another taxi. Was jus messed about. Would not use taxi again.

• very unhappy with the driver i had today i have been a good customer for a long time and never had a problem untill today the driver was very rude shouting and pointing hid finger at me in front of my grandaugther rung to complain getting treated like it is a joke am not happy with the service lets hope i get some where with them on monday other wise will be using a different company
